The accommodation includes a spacious bright salon with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms (one of which is currently used as an office, with a bathroom with a shower), the second bedroom is a suite with a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi), a dressing room. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

On the next lever there is a large entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden and to the pool, toilet, 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a shower. There are magnificent views of the sea from the terrace around the pool. There is also a large terrace along the perimeter of the house. Playground with tiled floors.

Basement level: room with equipment for pool, heating, pumps; huge storage room, which can be transformed into a home cinema, gym etc. Also there is another basement level (without finishing), where you can make an excellent spa area (pool, sauna, hammam etc.).

There is a hiking trail leading along the seashore from the central city beach towards the San Pol beach. Along the way you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Costa Brava.

The distance from the house to the nearest Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 31 kilometers (35 minutes by car); Barcelona Airport is 122 kilometers away (1 hour 25 minutes drive).
