The furniture and equipment is owned by the resort and it is therefore our responsibility to repair or to replace any item that becomes worn or damaged.

ST IVES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA Thanks to its excellent location, exploring the beautiful coastline is easy, with Carbis Bay just 5 minutes from Una by car or 15 minutes on foot. The coastline around Una offers the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of activities, from surfing to coasteering, or you can simply relax and explore some of the finest beaches in the UK.

The clear waters of Carbis Bay are within a mile, whilst St Ives' winding lanes and white sands are just a 10 minute drive. Enjoy the harbour with its restaurants and galleries, the beaches and the abundance of sunshine throughout the changing seasons.

The turquoise waters of St Ives, set against the colourful backdrop of the working fishing harbour, have attracted artists since the 19th century due to the renowned clarity of light. The town is home to the landmark Tate Gallery and the famous Barbara Hepworth Museum. The charming cobbled streets offer a wonderful and eclectic mix of boutique shops, bars and restaurants for all tastes.
