The villa is a minutes drive from the heart of the village of Vamos and has beautiful countryside views.

Built in the traditional Cretan stone style in 1998 by its present owners the villa sits in a row of 4 similar style houses. It is neutrally decorated throughout, with cream floor tiles, cream walls and stone archways.

From the off road parking area, up a few steps to the main entrance you are then taken directly into the large lounge area. This has a traditional high wooden vaulted ceiling, wood burner and 2 floor to ceiling patio doors which let lots of light flood in. This is a bright spacious living area which opens out onto the garden and patio areas.

To the front, from the lounge is a long galley style kitchen with pale wooden cream units, pale green tiles, washing machine and table at chairs at the end.

The 3 bedrooms are all doubles, 2 with built in wardrobes, and as with the main living area are neutrally decorated.

The bathroom is cream with bath and overhead shower.

Outside the house is paved throughout, with gravel off road parking area at the front. The patio area has both shaded and sunny spots, with low maintenance planting around, lots of space for dining table and chairs and views of the White Mountains. Up a few steps from the large patio area is the private pool which is 26m2 and has lots of space for sun loungers. On the roof of the property is a good sized terrace with 360 degree views of the sea in the distance, White Mountains and surrounding countryside.
