In the winter the Chalet offers direct access to the slopes via the Olympe gondola, just 200 metres away; it whisks you up to the heart of Méribel's skiing and the expansive Trois Vallées ski area. You can return with ease almost to your front door via the Raffort piste.

In the summer you can leave directly from the chalet for walking and biking directly on to some of the most beautiful paths in the Les Allues Valley.
The bus stop is just down the road from the chalet and can take you up to Méribel-Village and the Town Centre for all the shops; or down to Les Allues to enjoy the original village.

The chalet with approx 204 msq of space has been meticulously designed and decorated to a high standard with the most seductive use of local wood and stone throughout. It can be bought fully equipped ready to move in to.

The top floor is wonderfully open plan with a cathedral ceiling. The kitchen and its cleverly curved American Bar open on to a delightful dining area; you can relax in the cosy living room with a warming fireplace. You can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains from both ends of the living area.
All 4 bedrooms are en suite and are shared between the lower 2 floors, the 2 middle floor bedrooms have balconies with views. The 2 lower floor bedrooms have French windows leading into the lovely garden area. There is also a lovely bunk room ideal for children.

The fitness room could also double up as a separate TV room, if desired.

The outdoor jacuzzi sits in a secluded part of the well-landscaped garden. Ideal for relaxing in the winter after skiing or in the summer for BBQs and sunset soirées. The ski and boot room is on the entrance level and can be used for bikes in the summer.

There is good off-road parking for 2-3 cars.

THE LOCATION
Méribel is at the heart of the famous 'trois vallees' ski area, with over 650km of piste and acres of legendary off piste waiting to be explored. The Méribel valley has four interlinked villages, Les Allues, Méribel village, Méribel-Mottaret and of course the resort of Méribel itself. In the middle of this vast ski area and with a superb selection of shops, bars, restaurants and sporting facilities Méribel is justifiably proud of its position as a world class ski resort.

The hamlet of Le Raffort is the "Jewel in the Crown" of the Méribel Valley. This delightful hamlet has a Piste which gives you access directly back to your chalet, and in the morning it is just a short walk to the Olympe Gondola which takes you up to the main ski lifts of Méribel at la Chaudanne.
