Description
Built in 2001, this villa is built on one level, with large proportions. There is a good-sized covered terrace with space for dining, entertaining around your private swimming pool and built-in BBQ. Externally, the property is gated, with off-street parking and garage.
The photos of the garden are not representative of it's current state, due to the property laying unused for the past few years, as can be appreciated by the photos, the garden used to boast mature shrubs, lawned areas and plenty of terrace space.
Inside is a large living and dining room with high beamed ceilings and air conditioning. There is a separate kitchen and utility room. The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is a second family bathroom and second bedroom. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the carpentry throughout has been completed to a high standard.
The villa has double glazing, central heating, and aluminium shutters. Making this property perfect for all year around living. Ideally located, close to Mahon or Sant Lluis.

Nestled between Binidali and Binibeca, this secluded cove laced with pristine, silky white sand, knotted pines and clear, teal water is a beachside heaven. Not a typical resort, it is much smaller than many coastal towns in Menorca, but this adds to its charm. The beach itself stretches no more than about 40 years from one end to the other. With white Spanish villas dotted around, Binisafua is a small and quiet resort, with a very relaxed atmosphere. Close by are various other neighbouring locations of Cap d'en Font, Punta Prima, Alcaufar, S'Algar, Biniancolla, Binibeca Vell, Binibeca Nou. The closest town with various amenities is popular San Clemente.
Sant Lluis is a traditional Menorcan town, very close to the south coast just a few kilometres from the capital of Mahon. The coast line is home to the stunning coves and beaches of S'Algar, Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Son Ganxo, Biniancolla, Satalaia, Cala Torret, Binibeca, Binisafua (Binissafuller), Es Calo Blanc and Cap d'en Font.
Binibeca, arguably the most famous of all of the south coast areas is renowned for its traditional and picture-perfect whitewash fisherman's houses, restaurants and beach. S'Algar is a popular place for water sports enthusiasts, especially scuba divers.
