La Zenia Boulevard is a huge shopping center located 5 minutes away by car, alternatively a small half hour on foot with restaurants/bars about halfway.

Torrevieja is about 10km further north, with lots of nightlife and shops.

The beaches are mostly Blue Flag certified and are really good! Distance to the beach is approx. 2.5 km. On the beach they have water skiing, pedal boats, paragliding +++ summer time.

If you play golf, you are in the middle of Smørøyet, several good golf courses within a 10-minute drive.

Every Saturday there is a market in Playa Flamenca. About. 1.5 km with sales stalls on both sides of the street. The market is about fifteen minutes' walk away.

If you are interested in football, matches are shown on the big screen in many places, including the very closest places.

Just around the corner you will find a larger pool area with a restaurant, billiards and mini golf.

Playa Flamenca is known for more than 320 sunny days a year and is located about 40km from the airport in Alicante and about the same distance from the airport in Murcia.
About. 10km to Torrevieja and half an hour's walk to Villamartin.
Playa Flamenca has many permanent residents, you can tell by the strikingly high level of service and that something happens all year round.

If you drive approx. 1 hour south is Cartagena with its large Roman theater which was found as recently as 1987.

If you drive 1 hour into the country, you are suddenly in the wine districts.
The center of Alicante is worth a visit, and from there there is also a high-speed train that takes you to Madrid in just over 2 hours.
There are really many opportunities here to enjoy yourself all year round.
