Fine & Country are delighted to have agreed the sale of 28 Jethro Tull Lane, an immaculate four bedroom detached family home, part of the Lancaster Park development by Bewley Homes, located in this historic market town. Situated in a peaceful location overlooking the green, whilst only a few minutes away from the thriving High Street.

Seller Insight:

What’s you favourite room in the house and why?

The kitchen family room. It’s so nice to have the French doors open to the south facing garden. We have the dedicated study, but often choose to work in there instead. We have even been known to have the occasional Teams meeting from the deck!

What do you love most and why?

Having moved from a 17th Century thatch, we love how easy it is to live in a new house! Really efficient, so lovely and warm. Even the garden is easy! Life can be hard work sometimes, but your home doesn’t need to be!

What do you love about the local community?

Hungerford is very friendly with a great high street full of independent businesses. There are good health clubs and so many other groups you can join. But the walks around the area are very special, from along the canal, through the common and to the spectacular views on the downs.

How easy is it to commute from here?

Very! We both travel into London 3 times a week by either car or train. And having easy access to Heathrow and Southampton airports makes a cheeky little break even easier!
