Ivybank is located on the coastal village of Strone in Argyll on the Cowal Peninsula approximately 8 miles from Dunoon, the main town in Argyll. Dunoon, eight miles away, has more extensive facilities as well as a library, hospital, leisure centre and swimming pool.
