The tiling was certainly the right choice and could be described as natural, neutral and timeless. The colour and texture of the tiles work well together to make this bathroom feel a larger space.

This just leaves the private garden and we would like to say it has been lovingly cared for by our seller and previous owners over the years. It is a really good sized outdoor space and running to the side of the property should give you longer enjoyment of the sun. There is a variety of mature plants and shrubs and a slightly elevated decked area. This is a garden that has to be seen on a sunny day!

Our final thoughts are that with 17 Foxglove Close and with this particular setting, you have a winning combination. This is a home where our sellers have loved living over the years but like most, their needs have changed which could soon make this lovely home and garden yours to enjoy for as long as you like.
 

THE HUNTINGTON LIFESTYLE .Huntington has long been one of Chester's favourites and for many good reasons! There are all the amenities that you will need that includes a Sainsbury's, Pets At Home with Vets and a Halfords amongst a range of other superstores just a few minutes' drive from home! There is also a new COOP, the popular Rake and Pikel Inn and a number of takeaways on Chester Road.

These developments are always popular and Foxglove Close benefits from its close proximity to the nature reserve - a lovely woodland area that is full of wildlife and right on your doorstep. The sailing club and riverside is a little over a ten-minute walk and there is parking available if you want to get there quicker. A ferry can take you across the river to the meadows during the summer months.

The younger children have been enjoying their brand-new state of the art Primary School for several years now. It is within walking distance and close to the school is also a good-sized play park for younger children. After the Primary years we believe it is a choice between the Good rated Bishops Blue Coat which is currently rated Good with an Outstanding in personal development or the Outstanding Christleton High and both have 6th Form Colleges with hard earned reputations. Bishops Blue Coat is about a five-minute walk.

There are a variety of spas, health and fitness clubs close by with many being hotel based. The new "Factr" gym is next to Waitrose and offers group and personal training if wanted. There are a number of golf courses, rugby and cricket clubs within a ten-minute drive.

Our wonderful City is also about a ten-minute drive or a 30 something minute walk. The A41 and 51 are about a five-minute drive and the airports and Coast about 50 minutes on a good run making Huntington and Foxglove Close strong contenders for your next move.
