Built 30 about years ago, the immediate environment has matured within the road with well managed common areas and a pleasing architectural feel from the 14 properties.  Warninglid itself was once mentioned in the Sunday Times property supplement as being within the favoured Golden Triangle of real estate of the south of England, a most attractive hamlet with a renown pub restaurant. The nearest shopping can be found just 2.6 miles away at Whitemans Green in Cuckfield, a nearby village with a High Street of shops, a medical centre, primary and secondary school, cafes and the Ockenden Manor Spa hotel. Haywards Heath railway station is 5.3 miles with Southern and Thames link services to London Bridge and Victoria. Gatwick international airport is 12.8 miles and a 15 minute drive. Brighton and the beach is half an hour away by car.
