This gites complex, designed by the founder architect and built in 2009, is nestled in the Périgord Blanc. Located near Sorges, where 5000 m² are available for the cultivation of truffles, this area extends over 9 hectares of greenery, of which 5 hectares are serviced.

The 8 blocks of the complex each house two houses, offering great privacy to each residence. Each island includes either a large house or two medium-sized houses, as well as a guest house, all with its own private pool. No vis-à-vis between the houses is to be deplored. The complex can accommodate up to 130 people in total, making it an ideal venue for events such as weddings, birthdays or seminars in the middle of nature.

The total living area of the cottages is 1600 m², with about 5000 m² of land for each cottage.

In addition to the gites, the complex offers ecological and sustainable equipment and amenities, such as green roofs, wood and stone cladding, effective insulation, water and energy saving appliances, a reversible heat pump, ground cooling by geothermal energy, rainwater recovery, composting, 100% renewable energy certification, and connected thermostats.

The complex also includes various annexes such as a reception or function house, a party hall, a playground, a chicken coop, and a hiking trail. The presence of animals such as goats, donkeys and peacocks adds a touch of rural charm.
