The house is full of charm and character and there is a wonderful roof terrace with far reaching countryside views. The garden is 700m2, there is also a summer house, which could easily be turned into a studio for your family and friends, as there is electricity and water.

The main house has gas central heating and a wood burner and comprises of a veranda/seating area/office, spacious kitchen/dining room, pantry and door to the cellar. A downstairs shower room and WC. The lounge is bright and roomy, the staircase leads to the landing, WC and handbasin, spacious bedroom with door to the roof terrace, an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, looking over the Charente rolling countryside. The second bedroom/office is cosy. The garden is 700m2, with many flowers and fruit trees, there a several terraces where you can either enjoy the sun or the shade.
