Location, quiet location within great walking distance of the local shops, restaurants - great friendly neighbourhood - larger plot sizes than other roads in Chislehurst - great location for excellent schools, and journey time into London is only 18 mins.

What do you love most about your property?
Room sizes are generous; brings the outside inside ; plenty of space for family and entertaining and our neighbours are great.

Why are you selling?
Time to move on; family have all moved out and we are spending more and more time out of the country so looking for a property which is more lock and leave

I was born in Chislehurst; its a great location, you feel like you are in the middle of the countryside yet only 15mins into London - the road is peaceful yet friendly; the houses are always well maintained and the local schools are excellent.
