Upstairs
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, all facing south east giving great natural light and lovely views across fields to the hills beyond. There is a very good sized bathroom which has been recently refurbished and re-tiled. A landing gives access to the bedrooms from a split-level staircase, which has a large window to the front elevation giving northerly views. An airing cupboard with water cylinder and more storage is found at the end of the landing.

Outside
Outside, there is a large stone-built garage, which has been fully double-glazed and power, lighting and electric heating installed. It has been sub-divided and currently one half is used as a music studio, although it would also make a great home office, gym or craft workshop and the other half is used as work space and storage. At the front there is a large graveled driveway with off street parking for at least 3 vehicles and a range of trees and shrubs. There is a back garden which is currently laid as a wildlife garden with a pond. The side garden is a large sunny space, planted as an orchard garden and has a large lawn and two patio areas. There is also currently some well-presented animal housing, which would suit rabbits/chickens etc. There is also a compound area which houses the oil tank and space for logs and tools etc and a boiler room.

There is a charging point for electric vehicles and external power, light and water sources.
