This rustico in need of renovation is located in a truly spiritual place at an altitude of around 1,000 meters. The area is extremely popular - no wonder, as this place exudes a very special flair due to its mix of mountain scenery with animals grazing nearby and the view of the Gran Sasso and the sea (Isola del Giglio). So special, in fact, that even Richard Gere, who became famous not only because of the legendary film hit "Pretty Woman" alongside Julia Roberts, has often spent his vacation here in the past. There is hardly a better place to meditate and completely switch off from the outside world.
Even though the rustico is completely secluded, the beautiful village of Saturnia can be reached in just 20 minutes.
The property is surrounded by one hectare of private land and has a living space of approx. 500 m² over two floors, plus a small outbuilding to be built. The water supply is guaranteed thanks to its own well, the connection to the public electricity grid has yet to be established.
