The Manifattura Tabacchi development is a visionary regeneration of Florence’s tobacco factory built in the 1930’s.

Once a tobacco factory created in the 1930s by Pier Luigi Nervi, today Manifattura Tabacchi becomes a cultural landmark, with the aim of redesigning a new contemporary destination in Florence.

The apartment is located inside Zenit, the symbolic building of the entire complex and the most recent development designed for Live in Manifattura by the Milan-based architecture and design studio Quinconces-Dragò. The Zenit apartments combine a sophisticated and minimal design for the interiors and private loggias and terraces with privileged views.


Two-room apartment on the first floor with southern exposure characterized by a compact and efficient distribution of spaces. A practical entrance leads to a spacious living area with an open kitchen. A comfortable spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a large private panoramic terrace overlooking the historic center of Florence.

Florence is renowned for its culture, Renaissance art, architecture and monuments. The city also contains numerous museums and art galleries, such as the Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzo Pitti.

Located northwest of Florence’s city centre, Manifattura Tabacchi is in the heart of a lively neighbourhood with a theatre, a plethora of shops and traditional restaurants, farmers market and tennis club all within walking distance.

From Manifattura Tabacchi you can easily reach Florence’s historic centre, the airport and central train station. Public transport connections are excellent, with a bus stop just in front of the main entrance, as well as a new electric tramway.

Alternatively, you can stroll or cycle through the nearby Parco delle Cascine directly to the historic centre, surrounded by nature and the beautiful Arno river bank.
