Built in 2011, the owners have maintained the property to a high standard and briefly comprises of two bedrooms, master en-suite, living/dining area with American kitchen and a family bathroom.

You enter the property via electronic gates and greeted by the property, on a corner which has a lovely sun room on what was the driveway. This extra room is a lovely addition and means that you can enjoy even the winter sun under cover. There is a small low maintenance garden at the front with a few steps up onto a terrace. Here there are more bars, restaurants, independent shops, pharmacy and a medical centre.

The main motorway is close by which gives you fast access to the cities of Elche and Alicante. The airport is approx 35 minutes drive and the nearest beaches at Guardamar around 15 minutes.
