With plenty of counter space and storage, meal preparation will be a delight.

Like most places, the living room is the main focal point a home…and here there is no exception. A generously sized space with enough floor-space for additional furniture items and arrangements. The conveniently sized balcony provides a large amount of natural light. This combined with the tasteful furniture and warm use of colours makes this living space perfect for relaxing and entertaining with a warm & welcoming atmosphere.

Both bedrooms are generously sized, providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day looking out onto the well-kept communal gardens. The master bedroom is particularly spacious, with enough room for a king-sized bed and additional furniture, plus large built-in wardrobes.

The second bedroom is also well-proportioned, ideal for guests, a home office, or a child's room.

Our favourite room of the property has to be the bathroom…mainly because we've seen the 'before' photos…and the transformation is superb. With a double walk-in shower and tempered glass enclosure, heated towel rail and beautifully tiled throughout…its clear a lot of thought has gone into the refurbishment. A Wimbledon theme can be noticed with the clever colour scheme and memorabilia on the walls…a nod to the nearby Wimbledon Tennis stadium.

Southfields boasts a range of local shops, cafes, and restaurants that cater to everyday needs and dining preferences. The area has a friendly, community-focused atmosphere with a number of green spaces and parks. Including Wimbledon Park: A beautiful open space featuring a lake, tennis courts, and a golf course. It's a great spot for a leisurely stroll, picnics, or various sports activities.

Wimbledon Village is just a short distance away, this charming area is known for its boutique shops, high-end restaurants, and a picturesque village feel.

Southfields is well-connected, making travel easy and convenient. The Southfields Underground station on the District Line provides quick access to central London. Additionally, the area is served by several bus routes, and the nearby A3 offers a direct route for drivers heading into or out of the city.
