Set round our 18 hole championship length golf course the health club features a fitness studio, hairdresser and beautician as well as several other fitness studios.

The club has a purpose-built spin studio and a large fitness studio, with a range of over 25 different classes. From low impact classes, such as yoga-fit & body flow, that will help work on your mobility & flexibility to our high intensity functional fitness classes guaranteed to work up a sweat. We offer a range of different spin classes from shorter beginner classes to 45 minutes hill climbs that will get your legs truly burning. You'll always be able to find a class to fit around your lifestyle & schedule.

The available studio is currently used as a Yoga and Mindfulness studio, and had partly mirrored walls allowing clients to make sure they are in the correct yoga stance. the room has wooden flooring and air conditioning.
