Our clients acquired the house in 2019 and since then, including adding the extension, have comprehensively upgraded not only the house but also the gardens. The attached garage is larger than standard single and has a remote-controlled garage door by Novoferm. It has a power light installed and at the end, a fitted workbench.

Situation

It is easy to see why Gartconnell is such a popular area - school catchment, accessibility to The Cross, and for being a short stroll (top of North Grange Road) to the beauty spot of Kilmardinny Loch and its surrounding woodland walks.
