The property is located in the village of Orton, approximately 17 miles South of Penrith and 2 miles North of Tebay and access to the M6.

Directions
From Junction 38 of the M6 take the road leading to Tebay, at the roundabout take the first exit onto the B620 signposted Old Tebay/Orton Village/Appleby. Continue on this road into the village of Orton, the property is on your lefthand side immediately before The Gorge Public House.
