Living down Poperinghe Way for the past 10 years has been an absolute joy. The community down the cul de sac is lovely and the neighbours are all so friendly. The house is in a lovely location with plenty of woodland walks, pubs and a garden centre nearby. The house itself is light and airy with a lovely living/dining space for hosting. The garden is very private and catches the sun all day long which is lovely! Look out of the back bedroom windows across the fields and you will even catch a few sun sets. The house has been an ideal home for us and we will be a little sad to move but it's time for our next chapter.

This is a great three bed house with all the important boxes ticked for so many buyers - firstly, the location is lovely and the house is tucked down the end of a cul-de-sac so feels very safe and the garden - which is south facing! - is totally private as well. Upstairs you've got three beds, with two good size rooms at the back of the house, and the main bedroom facing over the front and spanning the full width with two windows and plenty of built in storage. There's a family bathroom with a window in up here too. Downstairs, you have the all important downstairs loo, and then the kitchen to the front with a big living/dining room at the back opening onto the garden. Overall the house is in good order throughout, and it's on the market for a great price so get in touch if you want to have a look!

Poperinghe Way is a nice little close of houses just off one of the roundabouts along Eversley Way and benefits from all the new development happening in Arborfield, as well as the regeneration of Wokingham Town Centre just a 5 minute drive away. A short walk away there's a local Co-Op for your daily essentials, as well as plenty of parks, walks, schools and the community centre all on the doorstep as well. California Country Park and Lockey Farm are close by and Reading Town Centre is around a 20 minute drive away with plenty of different routes depending on the time of day to avoid the traffic!
