As my first home, I've truly enjoyed living here. The proximity to town has been fantastic for accessing a variety of restaurants, bars, and other amenities. Additionally, the excellent transport links to London and Reading have made commuting for work fantastic. The convenience and lifestyle this location offers have made my time here incredibly enjoyable.

This is a really cool place, and the location is awesome - whether you're an investor or a first-time-buyer, this type of town centre, turn-key-ready property could work perfectly. Positioned on the first floor of Ascot House, this apartment is the only one in the block with a kitchen island, providing the perfect space for dining in this carefully thought out space. There's a lovely spacious entrance hall with storage as you walk in and the bedroom has been stylishly decorated with wood panelling as well. The kitchen/living space works really well for a cosey night in, or entertaining some friends, with stone worktops, integrated appliances and stone worktops. The bathroom is quite the statement with brushed gold finishes, huge walk-in shower and wall-to-wall mirror. There's parking right out the front, a really long lease, relatively low service charges and the location is second to none.
