Externally, as previously mentioned, there is a terrace off the living and bedroom that is suitable for dining and relaxing but the "Jewel In The Crown" is the roof top solarium.

The solarium has a purpose built Summer Kitchen with worktop, sink and under counter fridge. From here there are superb views from sunrise on the coast to sunset over the Pueblo and lots of room to create dining, relaxing and sunbathing areas.

Add to all of this a communal swimming pool and garden, gated off road parking and affordable community fees of only 58? per month and you have a superb coastal property for either full time living or as an excellent holiday lock-up-and-leave destination.

The property has been well maintained and decorated. All of the original pine wood doors and architraves have been updated in a more contemporary colour, a new high security uPVC main entrance door has been installed, both the living room and master bedroom have air conditioning, ceiling fans are fitted throughout and there are mosquito screens to most doors and windows.

Within a 5 minute walk you can be on the beach along which there is a selection of bars and restaurants. The larger Parque Comercial shopping centre and Mercadona supermarket are an even shorter walk. Along the Paseo there is a wide choice of eateries and tapas bars and public transport operates along the full length of Mojácar and on to Garrucha and Vera Playa.
