Frenchay is perfectly located for people working in Filton or the surrounding area, or even if you work in town but enjoy the peace and quiet of more rural surroundings. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the river which gets the sun for most of the day in the summer.
The kitchen has a fitted hob/oven, fitted washing machine, fitted dishwasher, and fitted fridge freezer. There is no microwave but you are welcome to bring your own. All kitchenware is included so you don't need to bring your own stuff.
There is a shared upstairs bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC. There is also a downstairs WC.
The room is being offered as a house share, sharing with the landlord - 44 year old self-employed male and another male lodger who is a 25 year old professional. We are both easy going, polite, and respectful. Looking for a lodger 25-55 years of age, easy to get along with, neat and tidy, and considerate. Please do not apply if you work night shifts or irregular hours as it is a small house and this makes living together difficult. No couples sorry as there is insufficient storage space in the kitchen for more than 3 people in the house.
Free parking is available on the road. It is a very quiet street and very safe.
Frenchay is close to local supermarkets etc in Filton and Downend. There is an excellent local pub.
No pets, sorry. Also not suitable for smokers. It is a really quiet spot, so the house is well suited to professionals who need peace and quiet and enjoy natural surroundings.
