Our storage units in Leeds are designed for home furnishings, electricals and other items that benefit from being inside a building and away from any damp and the elements. Students often store short term while they are in between accommodation or heading home outside of term time. Likewise, customers wanting to store their residential items such as sofas, beds and white goods can use short or long term storage during a house move or any redecorating. We also have couples moving back in with Mum and Dad as they save up for a new house. This is a great way to save some money for a deposit without having to sell all the household items only to buy them again with the new house.

High Security

With a perimeter fence and digital recorded CCTV both inside and outside the storage facility, we can give you peace of mind that your items will be safe with us. Our special access security software tracks all movements in and out of the storage facility preventing any unauthorised access to the storage units. Each customer has their own keycode entry through the security gates and the electronic doors to the facility. We are the only company that keeps their gates and doors closed at all times - only allowing access to customers or for showing customers around when the CCTV is monitored. If you would like to have a look around, please call down to site and call the number on the gate. On your room itself we use a special barrel lock adding that extra layer of security. This is a one of purchase and is yours to keep when you leave or you can pass it on to a friend or family member to use should they need a storage unit.

Easy Access

With a large, secure car park outside the facility, there is plenty of off-road parking and easy access for large removals lorries and vans should you need it. Some customers rope their friends into helping so that they can transport their items in lots of cars. If you do, that's not an issue as there's plenty of parking space on site. There are two sets of loading doors allowing multiple people to be loading and unloading at the same time. Inside the building there are plenty of trollies for you to use, free of charge and a goods lift to take your goods to the upper floors. So there is no need for any heavy lifting or carrying.

Self Storage Units Of All Sizes

From the size of a small shed up to double garage size, we can cater for all needs of storage. From just luggage storage, one or two items of furniture up to the contents of 5, 6 or even more bedroom houses, we have units that can hold the lot. You don't want to be paying for space you don't use, so we have a variety of sizes to suit. If you are a business or someone decluttering, you can move between sizes without penalty, especially as stock levels reduce or increase with demand.

Short Or Long Term Storage

You can store with us for as little as fourteen days (our smallest units have a minimum term of 28 days in order to qualify for the introductory offer), all payments are four weekly and if you use less, the rent you don't use is refunded back to you. You can start storing any time you want as long as we have availability and when you come to leave we only require 14 days notice which you can give verbally or by email. If you did want to be billed monthly, with the same recurring date each month for your direct debit, just let us know when you start storing and we can arrange that for you.

Access Hours

You have free access to your storage unit seven days a week, even on bank holidays. Should you want to access your goods outside of our normal access hours, we can enable your access to to grant you 24 hour access, which is only a small cost to cover out of hours overheads. You can add this at any point during your stay and turn it off when you no longer need it. This is often used for people working shifts or if they have to arrive late after moving from far away. Likewise some people just add it when they are moving out so that their removals company can start early if they've got a long way to travel.

We are based at Latchmore Park, Latchmore Road in Holbeck, Leeds. We are just by Junction 2 of the M621, on the other side of the motorway from Leeds United football ground at Elland Road. The easy way to get to us is down Gelderd Road.
