The roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing or evening entertaining. The house has air conditioning in bedrooms and the lounge plus an open fireplace in the lounge.

The community gardener maintains the private gardens and the outside painting is done by the community every three or four years . The community pool and gardens are open most of the year.
