The house was built in 2008 on the top of a hill at an altitude of 660 meters, with permission from the town planning, forest office and archaeological committee. It is located in the DROSSOPIGI area, 5 kilometers north and behind Krioneri. The plot has an area of 4750 square meters. It is in a NATURA area, in the forest. There is efficient drilling that fills two water tanks in the parking area, with a total weight of 11 tons. From there, with an automatic pressure system, the water goes to the plumbing system of the house. The parking lot is 192 square meters with an industrial floor and has space for three city cars, a wood store and a power generator. There is also the BUDERUS brand underfloor heating burner with all its automation for efficient and economical heating, (north temperature sensor, recirculation, etc.), as well as the three-way water heater, oil, solar, electricity, with circuit recirculation of hot water for economy.
