(All the pics have still the old windows, except one) All radiators have been changed to the strongest units, so the winter won't be a problem and your gas bill will be much lower as a property with old windows.

Front of the house and the hall has been just renovated so the pics on Google Maps are not accurate. Currently the roof is being worked on, which will be completed by the 5th of August.

Bellenden Road is close to East Dulwich (10min walk to the centre) and also max 10 min walk to Peckham Rye Station so it is very well connected:
Overground: Clapham Junction-Highbury & Islington Line, on which 3 stops to Jubilee line, then 1 stop to Canary Warf
Train: 10min to London Victoria, 8min to London Bridge, it is on the City Thameslink line - so 10 min to Blackfriars, 25 for Kings Cross, 1 hour to Luton.
