Travelling north along the A38 towards Bristol go across the traffic lights at Churchill into Bristol Road. Take the first turning left into Ladymead Lane then right into Pudding Pie Lane. Turn right into Broadoak and continue straight ahead, turn into the second cul-de-sac on the right and the property can be found at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left.
