The Estate is located about 6 miles southeast of Louth, 13 miles east of Horncastle and 31 miles east of the City of Lincoln.

Louth, Horncastle and Lincoln offering a full range of amenities including supermarkets, schools, restaurants and sports facilities. Railway connections can be found in Lincoln. To the north is Humberside Airport and the Port of Hull which offer international connections for air and ferry passengers.
