Seez is a beautiful sunny village connected to Bourg Saint Maurice via a free circular bus which runs every 30 minutes from outside the house.
Seez has a couple of hotels with bar and restaurant , There is also a baker , artisan butcher, cheese shop , organic super market , mini mart , tea shop , florist , beautician and hairdressers.

There is a Maternelle and Primary school , as well as community hall and parks.

Access la Rosiere with a public bus in around 30 mins
Access to Bourg Saint Maurice and Les Arcs funiculaire in around 7 minutes , connected by free circular bus all year every 30 minutes.
Access to Val d'Isere and Tignes in around 30 minutes by car.

The current owners are more than happy to hand over the current reservations set up , web domains etc . The apartments can be continued to be operated as short term accommodation , or alternatively used as winter seasonal rentals for which there is a high demand. This provides a less labour intensive rental yield.
