Absolutely lovely Ground floor apartment on the fantastic La Torre Golf Resort.

On entry to the apartment, you enter into a hallway, with the kitchen to the left and the lounge up ahead. The kitchen has upgrades including a new hob and extra storage space added both within the kitchen itself and in the utility room, which has also had a window fitted to ensure no rain/dustg etc gets into it.
There are two good sized bedrooms, one arranged as a double and the other as king. The family bathroom has had sink replaced, and the bath has been replaced with a large walk-in shower.
The property has AC and full Gas Central Heating throughout. It also comes with a private parking space in the garage area underneath the block.

The apartment is lovely and bright, leading to a huge terrace area, which has been glassed in with 'glass curtains' - allowing you to either open it up completely in the warmer months, and close in the winter months, effectively giving you a second large lounge! This is in addition of course to a lawned garden. This has a gate that leads over to one of La Torre's communal pool and garden areas, just a few steps away.


The large terrace, looking straight out onto frontline golf views really does make a huge difference to the property and is a big consideration when looking at apartments on this Resort - the glass curtains do create the effect of a *second lounge*, with the terrace being much larger than standard for properties on Resort. Furthermore it is right on a communal pool area.

The apartment is located in a very central position - very close to the Hilton hotel and within a 1-2 minute walk from the Resort's Town Centre, with its array of bars and restaurants, as well as a large well-stocked Supermarket.
The condition of the apartment is excellent - it has obviously been well looked after by the current owners.
