Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is our peaceful retreat in the middle of Didcot. Our home has been a place where friends and family gather, with countless parties and celebrations filling the rooms with laughter and happiness. The house is perfect for entertaining, and the cosy, inviting atmosphere has always made our guests feel at home.

We've taken great pride in renovating, maintaining and caring for the house, ensuring it remains a warm and welcoming space. As we prepare to embark on a new chapter in our lives, we leave behind not just a house, but a home filled with cherished memories. The Agents View
I am so excited to bring you this truly wonderful family home. The owners have spent a lot of time (and money) bringing this home up to its current standard. Not only have they replaced the kitchen, bathroom and decorated it to a neutral modern standard throughout, they've replaced the roof to give the outside a much nicer, cleaner look too.

As I first approached this home, I loved that it felt nicely tucked away, but also offers driveway parking for 3/4 cars. On entering the home, you'll be surprised by the spacious hallway, with plenty of space to keep shoes and coats, a door leading to the downstairs WC and stairs to the first floor. As you move further into the home, you're greeted by light filled and spacious open plan reception spaces, and the extension which houses the beautiful kitchen. The reception spaces offer plenty of flexibility, and could work in anyway that best suits you. The kitchen extension has a huge Velux window which really adds to the feeling of space and light downstairs. There is a door from the kitchen leading to the utility room, which also has an internal door to the garage (with power and light) and a door leading to the rear garden.

As you head upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms and a very generous single bedroom. All of the windows upstairs are newly installed triple glazed units, to help keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The refitted family shower room has been beautifully done and has a rain shower head that I am very envious of. The third bedroom also holds a little surprise too. There is a door from this room which takes you into the converted garage roof space. I love this space as it's great for storage or if it were me, I'd use this as a play area for my kids, or even consider making it a cinema room/snug for them too.

The rear garden is a great size and has some lovely trees in it giving you shade on those hot summer days. Off the back of the house you have a lovely patio area which is under a pergola, a place the current owners have had many barbecues with friends and family. You've also got a brick built shed at the end of the garden and a side access gate.

This home really is one of a kind, and I would urge you to view it now to avoid disappointment.

The Area View
Bosleys Orchard is in the heart of Didcot, but it's so quiet that you wouldn't think it was. It will take you no more than 5 minutes to walk to Cineworld Cinema and Cornerstone Arts Centre, and from there you have access to the wonderful amenities Didcot town has to offer, with many shops, restaurants and bars to choose from. Roughly a 5 minute walk north from this home will see you at Didcot Parkway station, giving you excellent connectivity to train and bus routes. The fast train from Didcot to Paddington will have you there in just under 40 minutes.
