In the kitchen there are two big fridge freezers, another extra fridge and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a new washing machine, new cooker, new microwave, and all utensils and pots, pans etc. are included.
The house has a full panel fire alarm system and emergency lighting installed - the safety of our tenants is paramount.
The house has a very pleasant and decent sized south facing patio garden.
The photos are recent - we don't need to pretend our house is clean and lovely - it really is! In fact, the Council said our house was 11 out of 10 on a scale of suitability for letting whan assessing us for the HMO Licence!

It is about five minutes walk from the main road where there are frequent buses towards Heathrow and Hounslow.
