We have loved living in our home, with lovely friendly neighbours with a real community feel in the estate. It’s been perfectly located for us with great transport links either at Winnersh or Twyford station. We both work in London and have easily been able to commute through the Reading-Waterloo line. We have really appreciated being able to make use of the trains to either go to Wokingham, Reading, Bracknell or London at weekends.It is a lovely area, with lots of greenery including Dinton Pastures and several great pubs within walking distance which is perfect for us and our dog! It’s also conveniently located near a supermarket and a cinema, which we often walk to.

In the house itself; the kitchen has been perfect for hosting, the open space has been a great social hub leading into the garden which is a real sun trap, we’ve spent many an evening out on the decking with friends and family. The second bedroom has been a perfect room for us which we have utilised as both a spare bedroom and an office space enabling us to both have our own setup to work from home when needed.

It’s been the perfect first home for us, one we will leave with many happy memories!
