A 30 minute walk or a few minutes drive to the Village of Tabernas where you will find all the amenities, as well as many nice cafes, bars and restaurants.

The Main house is divided into three spacious apartments all different and comprise of:
On the ground floor, there is a lounge, a separate dining room, a fitted american style kitchen/diner a family bathroom, three bedrooms.

The first floor, this is the main living area for the owners an has, a spacious lounge/diner, a fitted kitchen with pantry, two good size bedrooms both fitted with en suite bathrooms.

On the second floor, there is a spacious lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, a family bathroom and two sun terraces where you can admire all the mountains and desert views around you.

House 2 has two apartments on one level which are separate to the main house and they comprise of:

Apartment 1, is open plan living area has a fitted kitchen, and dining area, there is a bedroom and a bathroom.

Apartment 2, it is also open plan and has a lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen fully fitted, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

There it is another apartment available and will need to be finished off, a bedroom and bathroom have already been started.

Outside is a large walled and gated patio with table and chairs, cushioned patio settee and coffee table.
There is a shared swimming pool of 10X4 and common areas to enjoy the surroundings and mountain views.

All the apartments are fitted with log fires, has double glazed windows fitted. Electricity, water and internet are connected.
