LOT 1 – 11.22 ACRES

The land is accessed via a private tarmacked drive which leads to four properties at Bayford Lodge. The drive is privately owned by the vendors and the properties at Bayford Lodge have a right of way over it.

LOT 2 – 4.81 ACRES
