The estate has 2 wells of different depths, producing a total of approximately 12,000L/h: one at 70m depth generating about 4,000L/h and another at 90m depth generating about 8,000L/h. Additionally, it features 4 dams of varying depths, with the deepest being 4.5m. This is one of the property's advantages, as the dams provide greater water security and opportunities for economic diversification and environmental benefits.

The residential structure comprises a ruined house of 400m2, with 6 rooms and 3 areas serving as stables and hayloft.
