The land has a water mill that is moved by the driving force of a stream that runs through the interior of the property. The mill is restored.
As an extra, the hotel has its own generator set.
Events and celebrations, weddings, baptisms, communions and congresses are held both outside and inside the hotel.
The Hotel is being sold because the owner is very old and cannot continue running it.
