The drawing room has wall panelling and sash windows with shutters and window seats overlooking the front. There is a Victorian fireplace with a stone hearth and wooden mantelpiece. Oak flooring continues into the sitting room which has an Inglenook fireplace and an enclosed staircase to the first floor with an under stairs cupboard. The sitting room is open to the dining room.

Outside

The enclosed rear garden is laid to lawn with shrub and flower borders and decked entertaining areas. There is 26 ft. 10 garage and an adjoining store with power and light connected. It is accessed from the rear of the property and has pedestrian doors to the side and a parking space. The front of the property has wrought iron railings and steps up to the front door which has the original canopy over.

Known as ‘the jewel of Milton Keynes' Stony Stratford is a market town with shops, restaurants, a health centre, a library, public houses and the Ancell Trust Sports Ground. Russell Street School and St. Mary and St. Giles C of E School offer primary education.
