What I love about this house is that it is bright, light, airy and spacious. From the moment you walk in it has a very positive flow to the layout. And of course, the real bonus is that it is built right on the country park. Just 100 yards and you are in open countryside with paved walkways, meadow areas and play areas for the children.

I love the light oak hardwood doors and the entrance hall is bright and light and has a double wardrobe for all my coats and shoes. I spend lots of cosy evenings in the’ snug’ but it can of course be a playroom or office. I love that the patio doors lead off the kitchen, so the light pours in. I wanted a comfortbale garden that was easy to manage but I can still sit out with a morning cup of coffee or relax on the rear patio to catch the evening sunshine.

The first floor has a huge, light master bedroom with a bay window, and fitted with floor to ceiling wardrobes that have mirrored doors. Also on this floor is a large bright lounge which I use for family occasions. The top floor has a second, large, bedroom which has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite. I currently use one of the additional two bedrooms as an office.

Some additional bonus points for me are that the top floor has an airing cupboard, the house is fitted with USB points and I have a hybrid car so the extra large garage is fitted with an recharging point.

My neighbours are very friendly and helpful, and I will miss them very much. Good neighbours are very important to where I live and there is a very supportive WhatsApp community on the development. I have loved living here for 7 years and so close to The Lexicon shopping centre as well, but a change in my personal situation means the house no longer suits my needs

We're sure that you'll have the same reaction to us when you walk through the front door - this house is beautiful! The entrance hall is lovely and spacious with a kitchen/diner to one side opening into the garden and a cozy snug to the other as well as storage cupboards and a huge downstairs loo. Up on the first floor you'll find a bigger living room, in true townhouse style, along with an excellent main bedroom suite with a huge shower room, fitted wardrobes and a beautiful bay window. Up to the top floor, you've got full ceiling height up here and a second en-suite double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There's a family bathroom and two further bedrooms that are small doubles, or fantastic size single rooms. The garden has been landscaped with raised beds, but if you want something more child-friendly the beds can easily be removed and replaced with turf. You've also got driveway parking and a larger than average garage to top it all off. The house is absolutely immaculate and does not feel a day older than when it was built.

Poppy Corner is one of the earliest roads completed within Woodhurst Park, built by Berkeley Homes in 2017. It's an extremely popular location thanks to the attractive houses and well maintained grounds throughout, as well as being surrounded by nature reserves and SANG land such as Cabbage Hill. Woodhurst Park also comes complete with primary and secondary schools, and you've got plenty of pretty walks and parks dotted throughout. Tesco Superstore with Costa Coffee is just round the corner and Bracknell Town Centre is around 1.5 miles away.
