I moved into my home 11 years ago and was fortunate that the builder was happy to do extra work for me eg outside tap, fit an electric hob. The house is so well insulated it stays toasty warm all winter and, with two thermostats to control heating upstairs and downstairs, it has been economical as well. It is great being so close to the pub and local shops, whilst also not being too far from town. I love my garden and have spent many a happy hour reading under the pergola. I also love the two parking spaces. It will be a wrench leaving it but onwards and upwards.
