"Sandy Park is a place with a great sense of community. There are lots of events going on including the BS4 Arts trail and the BS4 Garden awards. It is fantastic being so close to so many wonderful independent cafes and businesses on Sandy Park Road. We particularly love the local deli, kin café and the greengrocers. We have a great connection to nature with the beautiful nightingale valley woodland and Arnos Vale on our doorstep. Our favourite part about the house is the view over Bristol from the back. We love watching the sunset from the garden where we get sun all afternoon and evening. It’s perfect for a summer barbecue and if you are lucky you may see some hot air balloons float overhead."

Situated in a lovely pocket of houses in Brislington, this property is within walking distance of several well-regarded shops and cafes including Grounded and Deli at Sandy Park. Paintworks is also just a short walk and is home to Bocabar and Alex Does Coffee. Tapestry and Lost & Grounded are nationally renowned Bristol breweries with tap rooms, both of which are within walking distance. The area is popular with young professionals and families, being both close to the city centre but also accessible to several parks and larger green areas, such as the Nightingale Valley Nature Reserve and St Annes Wood. The area is also home to several good schools, such as Hollymead and Broomhill Primary. For commuters, Brislington is well placed, with several buses running through the area including the Park & Ride, as well as routes for cycling and walking to Bristol City Centre.
