Weston M6 comprises two development phases: Phase 1 includes 3 high specification units of 160,000, 213,000 and 414,000 sq ft with detailed planning consent granted.
Phase 2 features flexible build-to-suit options with outline planning for up to 575,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space.
