Casale Pollaiolo is a property immersed in the beautiful countryside of Cetona, a charming medieval village located in the province of Siena, Tuscany, known for its picturesque hilly landscape and rich cultural history. The property consists of a central body and an agricultural annex. State of repair
Casale Pollaiolo was completely renovated in the years 1982-1983, while the roof was completely overhauled and insulated in 2015. The internal finishes and systems reflect the characteristics of the renovation period, with the exception of the bathroom on the ground floor which was renovated in 2010. All internal and external fixtures are in anodized aluminium, the shutters are partly in wood and partly in anodized aluminium. The internal floors are partly in industrial terracotta and partly in grit. The property is today in an excellent state of general maintenance and in good conditions of "habitability" both internally and externally, however it would be possible to increase the value of the property through the contribution of internal renovation works and an improvement of the external areas so as to make the property more comfortable, efficient and enjoyable.

Well connected to the main communication routes such as the motorway and railway, from the property it is possible to reach Rome and Florence in approximately 1 1/2 hours. From here it is also possible to visit centers such as Montepulciano (25 km), Pienza (35 km), Siena (100 km), Montalcino (35 km) and, just 15 km away, San Casciano dei Bagni famous for its Fonteverde spa.
