Water and irrigation:

This property has 22 equipped boreholes, with 7 being electrically operated and 11 with solar systems, as well as 6 unequipped boreholes. The total capacity amounts to approximately 124 000 litres per hour. Water is held in 8 soil dams and is pumped by means of subsurface mother lines onto the land through a pivot and plastic subsurface pipes.

Vegetation, natural grazing and camps:
