What attracted you to the property when you bought it?
•    A home with great space and light throughout, with four generous bedrooms
•    Victorian period features including high ceilings, cornicing and fireplaces
•    A great location for schools and close to train stations for getting to London. It is also very near the common, cricket green,
shops, café, pub, bus stop and Pennington park, all within a few minutes’ walk. Overall, a lovely area to live in.
•    Extensive storage in the loft eaves, even though the loft has been converted

What improvements have you made to the house?
•    Total refurbishment: New kitchen, new reconfigured bathroom, new en-suite shower room and new cloakroom installed
•    Structural work: Opened up the kitchen/dining/living and added the bi-folds to the rear
•    New plumbing and radiators throughout
•    Non-structural work: Plastered and painted throughout, new hall carpets, upstairs original wooden floor restored, real oak
        herringbone installed throughout ground floor

What have you enjoyed about living there?
•    Fantastic sense of community, considerate and friendly neighbours
•    The property has great natural light
•    Proximity to the green, like a second massive garden, which gets lovely sunsets and the sun stays until late evening in the
        summer
•    The surrounding area is extremely convenient, just a short walk to shops, pubs and beautiful country walk
•    All the new radiators means it stays very warm and is efficient to heat
•    Parking available to rent annually from the church directly behind the house, in addition to the street parking
