The house is a stones throw from Arsenal tube ( 3 minute walk exactly) on the Piccadilly line which can take you to King Cross in 7 mins and Leicester square in 11 minutes.The flat is the top floor flat, one of three in the building and the other two owners are often travelling. At the top of the road is Highbury Barn with an array of cute shops and village-like independent markets and cafes as well as Highbury Fields with tennis courts and green open space.

A little about me:
I am the owner - a touring musician that lives in Los Angeles and on the road hence why I am looking for someone kind and clean to enjoy my gorgeous flat. It has a special aura and everyone who has ever lived there has loved it so Im hoping to find someone that gets that feeling when they enter the door too. I'm very quick to fix things as I have a great network of local handymen, plumbers etc. I also have family that live close by.
The price includes a monthly clean from Claire who lives locally and has a disabled daughter that she cares for full time so I would like to keep her job stable. She is lovely, reliable and very good.
