And it is in this context that “Borgo Mazzolla” rises, a few hundred meters from an authentic medieval gem from which it takes its name, like the tiny village of Mazzolla, dating back to the 15th century and contested between Florentines and Sienese.

Here, the skillful hand of authentic artisans and the vision of an Italian architect have created a combination of unique and unrepeatable charm, both for the typological characteristics of the farmhouses and for their panoramic position over the Brignone Park and the splendid Tuscan hills. From Mazzolla, you can enjoy the same view that a traveler in the Middle Ages could admire while walking along the Via Francigena that passes by the complex. Nothing has changed: everything remains unchanged, from the landscapes to the hills, from the tranquility to the view that penetrates the soul in a combination that is hard to replicate elsewhere.

In this authentic paradise, we offer 7 semi-detached farmhouses and 3 detached farmhouses, under completion, ready to welcome 10 lucky families who wish to invest and enjoy the truest Tuscany. The types vary from houses with 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms, all equipped with large porches, large panoramic windows, and private gardens.
